Here is a simple story of one restaurant who took o nthe initiative of composting their food waste. Interesting points of this story are:
- Employees are all more than happy to be involved, the sorting is just a matter of dumping waste into a bin system, instead of one bin
- It costs the same amount to hire for the removal as it did for the garbage waste
