When are rooms free to work in?
When a class is not in session. Remember that you need at least 1/2 an hour to clean up, so schedule that into your work time. Start cleaning up your workspace 30-45 minutes before you have to leave, or 30-45 minutes before the building closes.
If there is a class scheduled in an area during a time you had intended to work in there, you MUST ask the instructor for permission to work in that space — which may or may not be granted depending on what the class is doing that day. Students in a scheduled class always have priority in accessing the facilities.
