Coconut Milk Whipped Cream

Whipped-Cream

You need: 1 can of regular full fat coconut milk, a bowl and some beaters or a whisk….oh, and a fridge!

Put the can of milk in the fridge for many hours. When you take it out of the fridge do not shake or turn it upside down.

Open the can. There will be a thick cream on top of some coconut water. You only want to carefully spoon out the cream into the bowl. Then beat with the beaters or whip with the whisk until it’s like whipped cream. You can add a little coconut flour to make it stiffer, only a teaspoon. You can also add a little vanilla or sweetener if you want but there’s no need. Enjoy! You can drink the left over coconut water or use it in some baking.
