Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding


Now, I do everything by taste so adjust this recipe to your own taste buds.

1 ripe avocado
2 tblsp cocoa powder
2-3 tblsp fresh almond milk or whatever is your favourite alternative milk
2 tblsp agave nectar or 1-2 dates, soaked & chopped
A pinch of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or seeds of a vanilla pod

Blend in a high-powered blender or mash like crazy with a fork! Add more cocoa, vanilla or sweetener to taste. You could also add cinnamon, cocoa nibs or berries, whatever you like!
