Vegan White Chocolate Recipe


1/4 cup cocoa butter
1/3 cup vegan powered sugar
1/4 piece of a vanilla bean use the seeds inside
Pinch of salt


  1. In a bowl, mix powered sugar, salt and the seeds from inside the vanilla bean (cut lengthwise down the centre of a vanilla bean and scrape out the insides with a knife)
  2. Melt cocoa butter in a double boiler then pour it into the sugar mixture, stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Pour into molds and chill.
